Fieldstone Event Co. LLC provides event equipment rentals including tents, tables, chairs, and related items to customers in Middle Georgia. Service availability is subject to inventory and scheduling.

Bookings and Payments

  • A non-refundable booking deposit is required to confirm your reservation
  • The remaining balance is due at the time of delivery
  • All prices are listed at https://fieldstoneevents.com and are subject to change without notice

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the event date will receive a refund of any balance paid beyond the booking deposit
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date are not eligible for a refund
  • In the case of postponement due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, reservations may be transferred to a new date subject to availability

Equipment Responsibility

The customer assumes full responsibility for rental equipment during the rental period. Any damage, loss, or theft of equipment will be charged to the customer at repair or replacement cost.

Limitation of Liability

Fieldstone Event Co. LLC is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss resulting from improper use or installation of rental equipment. Customers are responsible for ensuring safe use of all rented items throughout their event.
